Description

I really like to learn about the land around me and that’s how I got interested in geophysics. I started drawing these flowers and they started looking like mineral crystals, so I decided to name them after my favourite minerals.

This is one of the four stained glass flower quilt patterns I designed.  You can find all of them in my shop. They are –

Garnet Primrose
Selenite Clematis
Olivine Tulip
Kynite Iris

Only Kyanite Iris is included in this pattern.

Kyanite Iris quilt pattern makes a 12 inch x 12 inch stylized iris flower quilt block.

It is perfect for stand-alone projects such as a wall hanging, table runner, pillow or a bag. It can be just as easily incorporated into a larger quilt.

The pattern for this paper pieced quilt block is made and tested by me. It is in colour and clearly numbered. A diagram is also provided in the pattern.

Basic instructions for foundation paper piecing are not included in the pattern.
