I love playing music and that’s what inspired this block. Please take a look at my shop for other musical instruments quilt patterns.

The pattern can be also made with just the violin, without the bow.

Drum Beats quilt pattern makes a 12 inch x 12 inch drums quilt block.

Alternate instructions are included for easier piecing.  There are alternate sections without the rims, making this block easier to sew. You can embroider the rims on after you finish stitching the block.

It is perfect for stand-alone projects such as a wall hanging, table runner, pillow or a bag. It can be just as easily incorporated into a larger quilt.

The pattern for this paper pieced quilt block is made and tested by me. It is in colour and clearly numbered. A diagram is also provided in the pattern.

Basic instructions for foundation paper piecing are not included in the pattern.
