Hello and Welcome to Trunk Full Of Quilts here at Whims And Fancies!
A couple of week ago I got this idea of hosting an online quilt trunk show and you are all invited to join me. We get to showcase our work on a blog post, link it up here and let others ooohhh and aaahhhh over it. It’s getting cooler, most of us are probably cuddling under quilts already. Lets have a great time with the trunk show before we get busy with the holidays!
I believe in collaboration over competition, so there will be no judges. This event is for pure show and tell fun. You will be entered in the giveaway just for participating in the event.
Everyone has been very supportive of this event so far and I am so thankful to these generous sponsors for providing prizes. Alongside Whims And Fancies, I also have Aurifil Threads, Meadow Mist Designs, Craftsy, Fat Quarter Shop, Sew Fresh Quilts, and Cooking Up Quilts sponsoring this event.
I was able to create five prize packages to give away, isn’t that wonderful! At the end of the event, I will pick five random participants who linked up.
Prize Package 1
A box of Aurifil thread
A Craftsy class voucher
$25 Fat Quarter Shop certificate
A quilt pattern by Meadow Mist Designs
A Quilt pattern by Cooking Up Quilts

Viewers’ Prize
There would not be a show and tell without the viewers, I couldn’t leave them behind. So the last prize package is for following or subscribing to Whims And Fancies and for leaving a few comments for your fellow quilters. You get additional chances to win by sharing this event on any social network. Let me know that you have done so by leaving a comment here and you will be entered for this giveaway.

Badge and code for you to share on your post and website
You can either save the image or copy and paste the text in the box below to share on your website –
Lets Show And Tell
Choose your favourite FINISHED quilted projects. They can be quilts, bags, pillows, wall hangings, etc. They do not have be made in 2015, but they do have to be quilted and finished projects.
Write up a new blog post specific to the trunk show including photos and a little description of each item you want to share. Old blog post links will be deleted.
On your blog post, include the badge and a link back to the Whims And Fancies Trunk Full Of Quilts 2015 page. You can also add the badge to you blog.
Then come back here and link up! That’s it!

I am uncomfortable with competition, I like your approach. I haven’t a clue how to blog and link and all that stuff, I only know how to “lurk”. I used my company website, because I don’t have a personal quilt website. I hope you don’t mind, not trying to push my company.
Renata November 14, 2015 at 21:47
Enjoy the show and getting a chance to look at more quilting blogs.
